Dear Whistleblower,

Please note that this reporting channel is intended exclusively for reports of specific violations of laws or internal regulations (service instructions and agreements, procedures, processes, etc.).
For other complaints (e.g., regarding interpersonal interactions), you can use the equally anonymous reporting channel of the complaints management system.

Before submitting your report, please carefully select the focus of your report and consider the following:

Keep your access code safe and confidential.

  • After each report, a secure mailbox is automatically created and protected by a password (access code). This access code will be displayed to you once after you submit your report. Please make a note of the access code and keep it safe and secure from unauthorized persons. Without this password, you will no longer be able to access your report, and we will be unable to contact you. No document containing this password will be generated. The password is unknown to us, is not stored here, and cannot be recovered. This access code is essential for us for communication with you.

Provide as many precise details as possible.

  • Reports that do not contain sufficiently concrete information cannot be investigated, particularly if no further communication is possible.

Please be available to answer any questions.

  • Reports that may have employment-related or criminal consequences require the active cooperation of the reporting person in order to establish the facts.

Therefore, please make a note of your access code and stay in contact with us by checking your mailbox regularly.

Please also be aware that intentionally providing false information may have legal consequences.

If you have already submitted a report, please enter the numerical code you received in the hand corner of the report form.
