The Dresden University Medicine provides Carus Transparent, a whistleblowing system for reporting illegal or inappropriate conduct in order to prevent harm to patients, employees, and the Dresden University Medicine itself. Carus Transparent serves as the internal reporting office within the meaning of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).

The secure Carus Transparent platform allows you to submit reports either anonymously or by disclosing your identity.
All reports received via this system are treated as strictly confidential and forwarded to the Legal Department - Compliance Division. Incoming reports are processed during regular office hours. This system is not intended for reporting emergencies or immediately hazardous situations!
Carus Transparent is also available to employees of the Dresden University Medicine and the subsidiaries of the University Hospital Dresden (Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum am Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus GmbH, UKD Service gGmbH, Carl Gustav Carus Management GmbH, Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH) and external third parties for submitting reports concerning violations of human rights and environmental obligations occuring within our organization or among suppliers, within the scope of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
